The Adventures of Capt. Outstanding

Simple 2d run and gun game idea for the iPhone. The idea was to create a fun game reminiscent of old 2d sidescrollers like Earthworm Jim, while borrowing from old 1930's pulp fiction. It featured multi screen bosses, power-ups, weapon upgrades and a point system to brag about.
The story took place in the 25th century, where on a routine mission aboard an alien planet, our hero along with a science crew get ambushed by a tribe of white "monkey" brutes. After an ensuing battle the hero is knocked unconscious. When the Captain regains conscience he finds himself surrounded by the debris of what was once their science equipment. Alone with only his blaster the Captain sets out to find his missing crew.

Little Nemo in Runaway Nightmare

Nemo started as a single level demo for a pc market game. In style it was meant to update the classic gameplay of the Run and gun platformer with "next-gen" graphics and a customizable weapon system. The action was to alternate between the inside(cutout) interior buildings and flow seamlessly into the outside areas of a 1900 Victorian city with hints of steampunk.
